  • How do I get my money back?

    To request your money back visit duckmoneyback.co.uk and fill out your full name, email address, and a short statement (min. 15 words) as to why you did not love the product. You will also be required to upload a picture of your original till receipt clearly showing your purchase and a photo of your promotional pack.

  • Which Duck products does this apply to?

    You must have a promotional Duck Fresh Disc Holder Lime or Duck Fresh Disc Holder Marine pack to apply for money back. This does not apply to Duck Fresh Discs Refills.

  • Who is this promotion applicable to?

    The promotion is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM, NI & Ireland. The claimant must be aged 18 or over.

  • How much can I claim for?

    You can claim for the price you paid for the product. The maximum refund value is £3.50.

  • How I will be refunded?

    You can choose to be refunded via Paypal or postal cheque. You can choose either option on the claim form. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of your claim.

  • When will it be too late to make a claim?

    The promotional period runs from 1st October 2020 until the 31st July 2021. The 31st August 2021 will be the last date you will be able to make a claim.

  • How many times can I claim?

    There is 1 claim allowed per household.
